ABOUT ACTIVE LISTINGS
As a professional real estate photographer, I work with two real estate media delivery platforms - Aryeo and HD Photo Hub. Each platform has features that I like or prefer, depending on the listing. Which platform I use depends on a few factors. HD Photo Hub is the original platform I subscribed to and where some of my original clients have accounts. If a new listing shoot is going to be a Zillow or Zillow Showcase listing, Aryeo will be the delivery platform for that listing. Zillow partnered up with Aryeo in Spring 2025 as their required delivery platform for their Zillow 3D virtual tours and interactive floor plans.
An "Active" listing means simply that the "site listing" on my delivery platform is still "live" but the actual property may have been sold. I try to keep up with the agent's listing details and update the details on my end, such as when I see a listing price adjustment. I am not a licensed real estate agent, however, I do what I can to help my clients share their listing media on my website or social media.
